It takes approximately 10 minutes to drive to Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill Hotel without traffic.  The fee is approximately $25.00 to $30.00.

Boston Duck Boats Tour and Quincy Market
When: Thursday, October 6, 2016, evening
Please join us on a unique tour of Boston, from the land and water, riding on the famous Boston Duck Boats, WWII style amphibious vehicles! Following the tour of the most famous and historical sites around Boston, we will be dropped off at Quincy Market and the Faneuil Hall Marketplace in the heart of downtown Boston.
Cost of tickets for this event is $60.00 USD per person. Tickets may be purchased at the time of registration, and this event will include dinner.

Join us for the Boston Batten Brew Bash! Celebrating a week of scientific discovery with great food, cold drinks, music and prizes!

Poster Preparation Guidelines
Each poster presenter will share a poster board with one other presenter. Posters will be mounted side-by-side on the poster board, and the maximum useable space for each poster will be 3 feet wide (~90 cm) x 4 feet high (~120 cm) (this is a vertical format). Posters should not extend beyond the allotted space.
Please plan for the poster to be displayed for the full conference, with each presenter assigned a time to stand by their poster during one of the three poster sessions outlined in the agenda. Presentation dates/times will be emailed to the presenters ahead of the conference.

Cancellation Policy
